The Concept
The “New Framework” brings together 13+ years of experience in the anti-trafficking field, working at the local, regional, national and international level. It combines concepts of threat assessments, problem oriented policing, risk analysis, and strategic planning to offer a roadmap for stakeholders to guide strategy and operations.
