“What Erin brings to her work is a unique talent for diagnosis and repair. Erin knows the common and uncommon challenges in systems collaboration -- challenges that can cause unintentional harm to survivors and make services less effective. More importantly, Erin has the skills and expertise to teach multidisciplinary teams how to mitigate that harm and strengthen collaborations in ways that stay focused on the shared long-term goal of ending human trafficking. ”
